I think a better way of me explaining myself would be to say that these are “good” songs rather than “great” songs.

The real mistake is that they listened to all the nay-sayers and made a really lukewarm (and way too short) album trying to meet somebody else’s expectations.

Easily better than Lifeblood and TIMTTMY methinks. The Second Great Depression and Imperial Bodybags definetly my favourites from the Album. Looks like Manics seem to be going back to what they’re best at. Solo’s and catchy songs.
I for one can’t wait till Monday to see them. Shame it’s in Glasgow… :(
