Hiya - sorry but I couldn’t bank on you reading GM!

I need to turn 3 numbers back into a short date in Access and I can’t find a function to do it - can you help?

Or any other WoMbles?

It is an emergency :(

It’s sorted out now, but the IIFs were for calculated fields. Basically the query had to take a given date ([Last_Test])and a number of months ([Test_Frequency]), then add the months to the date and return the resulting date, so they know when the equipment needs testing next.

Does that make sense? Say the last test was 01/04/2006 and the number of months was 12 it was supposed to return 01/04/07. Then it stores it back to the table and flags it when that date comes along.

I’ve snazzed it up a bit too now, it returns the ‘week beginning’ date of the next test, so I’m feeling pretty chuffed with it now! It would be better if I didn’t have only 2 days left to finish the damn project and do loads of other jobs too, though :(
