Come And Die…

Started by DC71

was just checking through some old cds in my collection and I forgot about this track on the Judgment Night soundtrack.
It’s Therapy? with a band called Fatal.
Are we allowed to share these tracks if others haven’t got them or do Therapy? have a strict policy against sharing official released material,I think this cd may be long deleted by now and it might be a bit tricky to get a hold of it.

I stand corrected on it being hard to get hold of then :D

It’s a good track, would be interesting to see if T? recorded their own version of the track at some point.

I remember buying Caucasian Pychosis a while ago from a record/book shop in Wigan called Smiths (not to be confused with WH Smith).

Smiths used to get quite a few rare records in at one time, they don’t stock anything other than chart albums now, which is pretty crap.

I’ve got the soundtrack too.

The intro riff always reminds me of Angry Chair by AIC.

And if I may be so bold, the best song is still Just Another Victim (Helmet/House of Pain).

I would keep the sending to email only, i wouldnt post it publicly, just in case Universal or whoever own the copyright have future plans for that song (very unlikely) and stumble across this thread, Rene (the site owner) would be the one who got in trouble if it was found copyrighted material is being shared on here.

Caucasian Psychosis is not that rare, I can find you at least 5 copies within a week, but probably not as cheap as you found it ;)

thank god no one noticed the irony in me posting that then posting a link to an mp3 a few hours later.

I had got the single of Just Another Victim on tape (shows how long ago this was around), then saw the film. Then saw the credits at the end & freaked because I’d missed that T? were on the soundtrack. So I spent the next 5 years looking for it. I found it in an HMV. I snatched it before anyone else could.

Yeah Just Another Victim’s good, but I still like Mudhoney & Dinosaur Jr with Freakmomma.

Dennis Leary was good in the film.

The soundtrack is still avaliable in this country though its on import, but its not expensive. The T?/Fatal track is an overlooked track on a otherwise classic soundtrack. I bought my copy at the time when the soundtrack was more successful than the film.

But that period started about five months after the film came out on VHS (youngsters please ask your parents what this is). I still have my VHS copy.

True. And true (although Slayer & Ice-T’s The Exploited-medley is pretty neat!)

sorry but i always thought that was the worst song on the album. everyone else involved on that album mixed thier sound & style with the artist they were paired with but that tune sounds like any other slayer song but with bad vocals.

anyone ever hear anything else of fatal?
as far as i know he was a rapper from new york but never released anything worh mentioning.
i’ve done some searching online but cant find anything else he’s done!

Turned up in the post this morning after I went to work :D

And sorry for error earlier; it was Sir-Mix-Alot not Dinosaur Jr that did Freak Momma with Mudhoney.

The Judgement Night soundtrack is awesome. One of the best soundtracks ever. “Come And Die” is an awesome song!

I actually saw Fatal live once in the early 90s. The line-up was Cypress Hill, House of Pain, Funkdoobiest, Soul Assassins, and Fatal.

Fatal were really good. Unfortunately, aside from “Come And Die,” the group never released anything more than a two-track single on 12” vinyl and cassette (“Pass The Kronz” and “Timber” were the two tracks).
