I’ll see em tonight at Glasgow Academy. Seen them about 4 or 5 times now in there.

Personally i’m not into them and I don’t really get them at all, but they always sell out and people really enjoy their show, so it must just be me.

Funniest thing I ever saw tho, was last year when they played, their mum gave them all a haircut just before the soundcheck!! :D

Not quite, but i know what you mean. Still, it’s not very Rock n Roll is it, having your mum cut your hair!!:D

No, they should cut it themselves, like I do…

Hmm, actually, maybe they are better off getting the mum to do it. :D

Well i was there last night and as much as the band were good, i have to say the crowd seemed pretty…lax. I dunno, maybe it’s just me but i pretty much waltzed to the front of the crowd after “The Bucket” and didnt get the usual fun of rubbing up against people really tight :(. Thats not to say the whole crowd was holding back. I got a bit of rough and tumble during Four Kicks.
Still, tight set and generally good night had! Not quite as good as seeing Therapy? at The Garage mind ;)

I actually thought the crowd were really into it. The front floor seemed really tightly packed and the area at the back near the bar was kinda quieter than normal. 1 guy came out complaining that it was dangerously overcrowded (which it wasn’t) and i have a sneaky feeling he phoned the fire brigade cos 10 mins later 4 fire engines appeared outside.

Cant believe ppl think they are boring.

Good albums and stellar live.

They get lumped together with alot of other “IT” U.S bands (Killers, Strokes etc), but there is a hell of a lot more to them than that.
