What’s the best way to get rid of spare gig tickets?

I have a friend who has tickets for George Michael at Wembley Stadium this weekend. I think some people that were going must have dropped out as they’ve got a couple going spare - any idea what the best way to find someone that would want to buy them?

websites from radiostations or music magazines mostly have a messageboards, with a section for such things, or maybe the website from the venue.
That’s how I got rid of a spare ticket for the NIN concert in belgium, and found an other one for the day after :)

Well for starters, not telling them the tickets are for George Michael will improve your chances of selling them.

Find someone with an eBay account and flog them on there (offering courier delivery/collection in person before the gig). You’re bound to sell them for a reasonable price (and make a huge profit if the gig’s sold out - though presumably this isn’t the case if it’s Wembley Stadium).
