Spent my money on 2 decent forwards and Rooney.
Is there a rugby version of this?

Not long until the season starts now so make sure you get a team registered today or tomorrow if you want to play!

It’s alright Chris, I don’t intend to pose a threat to your special man game! I just want to know how to tell if my little lads are doing alright, and if they need me to make them a warmer kit for the winter…

I see. Well, when the season starts, the league table will place each team in order from top to bottom, with the ones at the top having the most points. ;) Mine will prob be near the bottom, then.:D

I see. And the plan is to change your team members depending on who is good and who is a lameass?
Would you believe I’ve administrated a Fantasy Football league at my school for two years? Haven’t a bloody clue what’s going on.

Yeah - basically once you see the points and stuff like that it becomes a lot clearer. After a couple of weeks you’ll all be old hands :)
One piece of advice I would give is that this game really rewards checking your team every week - just picking 11 people at the start of the season and not looking at it again doesn’t really work.
It’s also a good idea to read through the scoring rules

The pundit section offers some helpful tips each week too

And, in the interests of competition, that’s all I’m saying! :D

I could just about successfully pick a football out of an ID parade of sporting balls, but I reckon I’d have a second look at the rugby ball and the basketball before I gave the detective dude my final answer…

I’m very confused… i don’t know much with football, but i think my goalie hasn’t played for about five years… which would put me at a disadvantage? Have i got this wrong.. can i swap him if so to Peter Shilton i remember him being good back in the day?

So do they not wear flat caps when they play then anymore? I did wonder why it wasn’t in the kit set up.

Nah, I was never man enough to wear it without a t-shirt. A few years later I bought a pair of leather trousers as well (inspired by Greg), and they looked ridiculous as well.
