Yes they just did a massive world tour of enormo-domes. And as a result - their last 3 albums have all gone 10 x platinum.

I reckon T? could do another tour around November / December or early next year. But I’d imagine they’re working on a new album at the moment..

fuckin tour is needed. I think they should support the wildhearts or the almighty (an almighty tour is being planned as far as i know - and imagine jonestown mind with andy on stage :D ) or even better support both of them

Fine and all as that is be me , it would be nice to give fans some notice if there is any more touring planned for this year.
I’m desperately holding on to a number of days off for possible gigs later this year , while at the same time my mum wants to know how long i will be coming home for X-Mas this year…

Michael has said a few times recently that album number 12 ( THEIR TENTH FULL LENGTH ALBUM !!! ) Is under way :)

And since theyre not metallica - i expect we will get weekly updates and an album within a year :)

Waiting for metallica news is a bit like waiting for jesus to come back.

I’m sure it was mentioned in a official capacity that there were to be more live dates in the UK toward the end of the year. But if they are doing the new album then I can’t see it happening. Poor show. Or no show I suppose…

I posted this idea on the almighty’s forum and it seems to have generated a bit of interest. Someone on there is asking “But would they do it? That would be mad! They never seem to do any dates anymore. I think they did a handful of European dates and that has been it so far this year. ”

Other suggestions for support so far are Tokyo Dragons, Wolfsbane and Junkyard.

I would say Therapy? are a bigger band than the Almighty - I would have thought support would have gone the other way with them supporting T?

Well I Would say in their heyday T? were bigger than the Almighty

but nowadays the almighty seem to play bigger venues than T?

Almighty seem to play Acadamy 2s whereas t? play acadamy 3’s

It doesnt really matter whos the bigger band though, T? lack egos and Andy is good friends With Ricky so if asked Im sure t? would consider it unless there was simething preventing it

And it would be a nice break from the studio for a week or so

And I can probably get A backstage Pass (contacts in high places)

:D
