I know a few people saw Down live recently…any good? They’re playing near here next month, I might go.

Short answer is yes… now that Phil is pretty much sober they are a fucking good band with a singer who can sing. Saying that even when he was fucked they were good. Worth seeing anyway as you never know how long it will be till they tour again.

The setlist they play also pretty much covers the main material which one would want to hear.

You can do no wrong in visiting their gig IMO.
