Now why dont these boys get their shizzle together and do a proper final farewell tour to give themselves some pocket money, surely they can take a week off work and support Therapy? (wink wink lads!)

Damn they kicked ass back in the day :)

They’ve played some gigs in Ireland over the past few years. In ‘05 and ‘06 especially, they played a lot. I also saw them before Christmas last year. Just gigs though, no recording.

Well, they’re not really ‘going’ as such.

They recorded their last album in 1996, though it didn’t get released till a year later and they were then promptly dropped by their record company. They played their last gig in 1998. They reformed for a few one-off shows in 2005 and they still play every now and again, though they say it’s only for a laugh and have no intention of quitting their day jobs.

Kerrang! have announced a series of London gigs in August leading up to The Kerrang! Awards on August 21.

Dates are: At ULU: Soulfly (16) Skindred (17) Anti-Flag (18) Avenged Sevenfold (20). At Barfly: Kids In Glass Houses (16, matinee) Kerbdog (16) Alexisonfire (17) You Me At Six (18) Bring Me The Horizon (19) Turisas (20).

seems a wierd choice considering all the other bands are bands prominently covered by kerrang.
