Lady WoMbles ONLY - Blokes keep out.

*shuts the door and breathes sigh of relief*

The WoM seems to be turning into a Boy’s Own party - there’s hardly ever anything interesting to read and I’ve started to feel like I’m the only female WoMble that even looks these days, let alone posts! And I know you ladies are busy getting married and having babies and moving houses and doing all sorts of things like that but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF THERAPY? SAVE ME!!!! The whole of Chit Chat is dying on it’s arse - so if we just have one thread to call our own and talk about sensible stuff?

*puts kettle on and gets out Tupperware, Avon, Anne Summers and the Littlewoods Catalogue*

*watches video about safety for girls from 1961*

*waits for some company*

Hello Carri, welcome to the boards :) There are hardly any lady WoMbles so we need to encourage them back, and stick together. And then take over the WoM.

*secretly pulls lever, plunging blokes into underground sewer system*

Perhaps if we ignore them they’ll go away :)

I just got the first two series of Moonlighting on DVD - would you like to borrow when I’m done? I can’t remember if you were a fan or not.

finally a thread where we can talk shoes, handbags, handsome men,…
I know I don’t visit that aften anymore, but it realy is because of work. A lot more on ma plate lately, which is good, but it takes time away from fun things like this :-)

The wedding plannig is going well. We just got an invitation for a party in the place where we will do it, so we can taste the food, the wine, check out the dj and the decoration. Planning the service is a bit harder then I expected, but we’ll manage.

Hi ladies,

i’d like a mojito as well, thanks hooch.
I haven’t had an alcoholic drink in almost a year, so don’t mind me if i get drunk from just the one.

I’m still free from work for almost another 5 weeks, so i’m enjoying my time with my son very much, which is
my reason for not being here so often. When i get back to work it’ll probably change :)

I LOVED moonlighting! :D I’m not sure if it will have aged very well though? Not everything can age as well as me :) I’ll have a triple of whatever you’re having …

Tinne, Taz! How lovely to see you both!

*grabs the baby for a cuddle*

Tinne, you don’t need to plan the service - just write out some vows that you expect your husband to live up to and then when he’s copied them out in blood and said “I do, please” that’s it, he’ll be your slave :)

Taz, can you post a proper pic of the baby? :)

Moonlighting is cracking mum, apart from the theme tune which is the worst thing I have ever heard in my life. Youtube it to witness the horror.

Thanks, i could say i won’t brag, but i just can’t help myself :) he is such a perfect baby, he hardly ever cries en smiles almost all the time.
Everything is funny to him, especially his father and grandfather. We even introduces drinking from a bottle instead of my breast and he didn’t complain at
all, although he does show some preference to the fresh stuff :D

That first mojito tastes like more, but if you are out of them i’ll settle for a marghuerita please.

The Word!!! He’s gorgeous :D You do remember that you said if you got fed up of him I could have him, don’t you? ;) He is very lovely - I adore him already :)

@Hooch - I remember it very well, thanks. I can live with it if I get to see Moonlighting again, although it may be on TV choice …

Tinne, I don’t think all that salt is good for you - why not try one of these?
