She’s kind of attractive in a business-suited-women-always-are kind of a way, I guess, but then when she talks she blows all that careful power-dressing out of the window.

Let’s just say she wouldn’t be top of my wish list. ;)

Is that paranoid speculation, or do we really think that a black president needs to fear for his life?

Avoid merging between US view and European view or else rest of the world’s one… Will we be free ourselves from US influences for we all know that they are not better, gorgeouser, clever and stronger. Well done Barack, move well your US troops from Iraq to Afghanistan as you promised it during your campaign long. Do some good lethal injections as you told whilst you were in campaign. But first of all, GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK !

I was thinking the same thing as souldoubt (first post in the thread), there must be something about us belgians :-)

But yes, i do think he has to fear for his life. It only takes one bullet, and a lot of americans own a gun, and I fear a lot of them are willing volunteers to pull that trigger (sadly enough) just because of his colour of skin. If you hear the things that were being said at some rallies in “redneck” country, i just cringed (if that is a word)

I dread to think what would happen if it happens.

i’m glad he got in as it’s proving america’s changing for the better..

kind of annoyed me abit that it turned into a race debate though… black and white shouldn’t ever ocme into something like this…should be whether they pick the right man (or someday soon woman) for the job..which i think they have done this time..

i personally think obama was picked on merit and that McCain gave up the race early on..knowing he wouldn’t win…

so in 4 years time..do you think we’re gonna see a woman president? or is obama gonna hold on for the 8 year stretch?

and i sincerely hope that he manages to last the full 8 years,..i’ve already heard they’re gonna surround the stand he’s gonna be on at his inaugeration with 3inch thick bullet proof glass..
