Not that it fucking matters - of course I will be there.

Am going to give Oxegen a miss though - only other act playing that I would like to see is NIN, and at 100 quid a day I would rather not.

Because Im on about 30 quid a week and a one way trip on the ferry costs more than that. plus once I end up wherever the other end of the ferry is I then have to get there from dublin.

Was there last month at the Lamb of God gig. Sound was shite for the support acts but was deadly for LOG.

Just a wee thought…

If T? are playing Oxegen, do u think that they might get an appearance an T in the Park??? Usually both festivals are exactly the same, line up wise… Any thoughts??

Just looked at this acadamy’s website and realised like the manchester acadamy its not an o2 acadamy which is only a good thing.

Im shocked at how small it is considering the bands that play there, 850 capacity and gets bands that would be playing to 2,000 in the uk at a minimum, I assume this is due to irelands musical tastes being a bit different to britains.

Super Hans (Dave) wrote:

Yeah, the academy’s pretty small. The venue is just one of the floors in a nightclub (used to be called spirit) so if your under 18 you won’t get in - I thought the sound was grand when I was there though so wouldn’t worry about that - roll on May!

Cuntybags! Fridays are a bollix for me. Especially in fucking shite-hole Dublin.

Cork on Saturday 16th would be nice. Cyprus Avenue again, maybe.
Or a little more low key and play An Cruiscin Lan.
According to a previous thread Acheron Promotions are dying to get T? back in Cork again.
