Concidering Iommi Did it all legally back when people left and he ended up being the only member left at one point, i think its all a bit trivial now fighting over it… i don;t see there being anymore Sabbath reunions now, no quicker way to piss off a band mate then sueing them! I can see them Sticking with Dio now as they are putting out new material.. would get boring doing the same set for the rest of your career.

No one can deny that Ozzy had a massive impact on Black Sabbaths status, but Tony Iommi kept the ship sailing all those years later. I am happy that they are now recording music again - with Ozzy the would not have come this far.
Used to have alot of respect for Ozzy as metal cult hero, but his wife is gradually robbing him of that status. First the Maiden episode and now this - so sad, hope Tony wins the court case.

Ozzy has enough money for several lifetimes, and it’s not like Iommi and co are trading on the Black Sabbath name right now - they’re using “Heaven and Hell” instead. I know in the past Iommi has been painted as some kind of hardknock figure that Ozzy was scared of back in the day, but come on, Ozzy was probably scared of his own reflection back then too. Iommi always comes across as a very quiet, very reasonable guy who has tried to keep his band going despite lots of members letting him down along the way - none more so that Ozzy himself.
Ozzy, you don’t need the money, let it drop you sad man, stop listening to your wife.
