Yeah right , imagine that , being Dutch on an Irish passport all of a sudden.
For every flight you take I’d say you spend hours if not days in customs explaining yourself ! :D

It was madness. 5th time seeing them (saw them at Lokeren, AB Brussels, Rock Zottegem and now Wardin and Crammerock, in that order) and the best time, too. Lots of crowdsurfers, bit annoying but it’s all part of the show. Wardin was good but Crammerock was even better (and less cold). I (finally!) got to seeing people around my age (17) go crazy and wear Therapy? shirts, and that’s a relief when you’re in a school full of mainstream and techno people (though a select few like Therapy? too). Andy played the guitar really well, especially on Diane where he played a solo I don’t think I’ve heard before. It was nice to hear Fantasy Bag again. They also played some funny snippet I can’t recall. My mom was in the front row (shes 50!). She’s one of a kind :D (though she suffered some bruises, she’s still very much alive and kicking). The merchandizer fellow is a real cool guy, and Andy really seems to like his new hat, he wore it both concerts and then attempted to devour it xD

Keep rockin’ guys, I’m looking forward to December!

Crammerock was great.
Long time since I’ve populated a moshpit for a whole set but it was worth it , so besides the mother of all hangovers I’m also nursing a sore body.
Diamond Dave had some of the merch nicked but he seemed to be in good form nevertheless.
To make up for it our gang of 5 all bought a t-shirt anyway.

And those Cramme guys have a good sense of humour , separate wristband’s to show you went for a piss and that in yellow and with the print ‘plasbandje’( piss band ) and ‘festitoilet - we take the shit of your event’ :)

Well Fantasy Bag they only played once in the AB (in the gigs I’ve seen at least) so it did come as a bit of a surprise. Most of the rest was the same as the day before, but the order of songs was of course not exactly the same (Turn and Stories were still first up, but Diane was played way later than in Wardin). And yeah some merchandise was nicked, they just threw over the stand laughing, and they were strangely enough all girls who didn’t even seem interested in Therapy?, their argument being ‘if you leave your bike alone it’ll be nicked too, grow up’ and some other senseless shit that didn’t work… Luckily my badass mom was there to intervene (she’s a teacher) and save what could be saved. But they did run off when they had to face my sister too (who had run off to get a security dude, I was still standing there like ‘wtf’ ^^.). No new merchandise I noticed. Blue and crooked timber shirts, some bags (bought 1). Lots of the ct-shirts seemed to have been sold ‘cos I saw a lot of people around me with brand new ones on. Seeing the state mine was in after the gig, I could’ve done with a new one too (a lack of stamina, no shorts and too much jumping around doesn’t really stop sweating, even the people around me felt it when I shook my hair and near the end I was becoming blind from the sweat pouring into my eyes). Festitoilet indeed has some sense of humour, they were also there @ Zottegem (does it come as a surprise?) and I actually recognized one of the guys still. Nice job.
