The indications from interviews before xmas was that there would be a live album coming out this year, and possibly re-issues of Bayteeth & Pleasure Death. Nothing confirmed though, unfortunately.

We’d settle for some rumours…

…and aren’t we due for the stories behind the songs for Crooked Timber?

and more CJR?

I guess T? are still busy touring CT to worry about their next move when they get off the road. I’m sure we’ll get some new product this year from whats being said.
Didn’t Andy confirm they were doing something for their 20 year anniversary?
And didn’t they start in ‘89 which makes them a year late??

I think they say 1990 cos it makes the band sound (very) slightly younger than saying 1989! Their first commercial release (MA 7”) came out in 1990 so I’m assuming they use that as the ‘start’.

Very interesting. I’m going to have to put on Giant Steps and Magic Mountain and see if I can spot any similarities.
