Just got in from work, Damn, i only got to sleep after 3am and had to be up at 6.30am, not fun, but the sound of lawnmowers and leafblowers made me forget that i couldn’t hear anything properly.
Really enjoyable night, great friendly pit, great venue.
Roll on the next T? gig.

Yeah that was me haha

When you show it by album, the lack of stuff from Semi-Detached onwards (other than Crooked Timber) is very disappointing. The lack of stuff from SPYF and Shameless is especially disappointing to me, as they’re two of my favourite albums. I thought they would’ve tried to get more newer stuff on there, especially as a lot of that stuff is already on Scopophobia.
And why do they often say that SPYF is one of their favourite albums and then they rarely play stuff from it?

Great, great, GREAT! Very tired, with bruises, ears still ringing and legs and arms hurting but it was worth it, AGAIN! And my purse is empty;)
Hope they will get all the highlights on the album and it can easily be a double one as they played 64 songs total during those nights.
Will add sum of the pixx my missus took on my FB and sum the clips and ships on my UT in near future. Hail, hail, hail Therapy?!! CU next summer!
And greetings to all the nice and friendly people we met again, those we knew already and those we got to know! But that fucker who attacked Dave on the stage and pushed Stevie on Neil´s drums should get a proper shake!!You even ashamed Motörhead as you were wearing their t-shirt…Damn you!

Well, they played 38 or 39 separate songs, but yeah, definitely enough there for a couple of hours or so if they feel like it… Not sure if an 80 minute CD would be better though.

Certainly not a bad track list - very nice to see Moment of Clarity on there. If that’s it though, I stand by my comment that there’s far too much emphasis on the old and not enough on the new… do they think their post-Infernal Love stuff is shit or something?

Not that I’m particularly complaining, as any T? songs would make for a good live album.

Brilliant 3 days, totally worth it although it suddenly got a lot more expensive going home as we missed the train we had booked (bloody London traffic) and had to fork out over £100 for 2 new tickets

Highlights:
Skyward - twice
Being told I sound like a cow by Dave
Being in an absolute sweaty mess between two ladies (Julie and a tall lass who gto a signed drumskin)

Lowlights:
Looking like I was dry humping the lad in front of me on Wednesday - sorry, honestly I was just trying to stop from being pushed onto the stage
Bloke who nearly pushed Steve into the drum kit - not sure exactly what went on, but good quote from Steve is that he is “a Lover not a Fighter”

Here’s looking forward to the live album as well.
Oh and also to the festivals and tour later on in the year that Diamond Dave mentioned - anyone any more info?

I’d like to thank the lovely northern lady we met on Monday who split her hand open on Andy’s monitor who got us spare tickets for Tuesday and Wednesday and the Italian lads who put up with us for those two nights.
Amazing gigs, I really hope they do more UK clubs soon.

Bus back to Aberdeen was fourteen and a half hours with a blocked toilet, then I had to get back to Banchory (a further 18 miles on the already 500+). From now on, whenever I hear that Proclaimers song, it’s always going to remind me of going 500 miles each way on the bus just to see Therapy? =D I also couldn’t get Julian Cope out of my head whenever I saw a sign declaring that there would be no hard shoulder for however many yards. Shame the eyepod had died before we even got to Manchester.

But it was totally worth it! Great time, met the band etc. Neil was especially lovely. Also talked to some great people. I’ll be uploading my pics tomorrow, there are some nice ones among the crap.

What I am really, really looking forward to tonight (this morning?) is sleeping in a real bed without five other guys in the room snoring, and not having to padlock my damn stuff. Oh, and being able to change my socks.

‘Scuse the double post, but this got me thinking. If you remove the duplicate songs from the separate setlists and mush it all together, it looks something like this:

1) Meat Abstract
2) Nausea
3) Knives
4) Enjoy The Struggle
5) Church of Noise
6) The Head That Tried To Strangle Itself
7) Moment of Clarity
8) Teethgrinder
9) Die Laughing
10) I Am The Money
11) Exiles
12) Stories
13) Isolation
a) She’s Lost Control (Joy Division)
b) Loose + crowd shout their names
c) none
14) Epilepsy
15) Punishment Kiss
16) Die like a Motherfucker
17) Rust
18) Sprung
19) Potato Junkie
20) Screamager
21) Nowhere
22) Sister
23) Turn
24) I Told You I Was Ill
25) If It Kills Me
26) Innocent X
27) Skyward
28) Polar Bear
29) 10 Year Plan
30) Trigger Inside
31) Evil Elvis
32) Fantasy Bag
33) Diane
34) Lonely, Cryin’, Only
35) Opal Mantra
36) Neck Freak
37) Crooked Timber
38) Rain Hits Concrete
39) Our White Noise

Might just about be a double album if you consider that a good number of these are under three minutes each and you cut out a couple here and there. Unfortunately that might have to mean going with Wednesday’s Isolation without the jam in the middle, and a sandwich without jam is just bread. For those of you who were there on Tuesday, wasn’t the bit with Loose just incredible? In fact, I preferred a lot of Tuesday’s performances. It would also be nice if we could get some of the pre-encore crowd stuff, because that was pretty fun.

I hope Rain Hits Concrete makes it so I can strain to hear myself singing, “all you optimists can suck my dick.”

Also, it took me until reading it now to remember the name of Neck Freak… I was really excited to hear it, but I couldn’t remember what the hell it was called!

if I talk about my highlights of the shows, one was deffo of the 1st night me and Pip jumping and singing the Sprung together and we both were wearing the OCFA shirts:) Also great was when RHC and OWN was played on the second night and ofcourse Dancin with Manson and Innocent X got me going ape in the crowd. Also was nice to jump around with Taunty Dan, Judge Dredd and with guy with the dreadlocks.
Shittiest thing was that prick attacking Dave and Stevie at the end of the last gig:( Hats off to Stevie, he´s a Lover not a fighter!

I don’t really understand the point of getting so drunk (to the point where you think trying to get backstage is an AWESOME idea and attacking the crew is the way to get there) at a show like that.

Besides that, there was a fantastic atmosphere through the shows. It was a very strange feeling to be in a room where everybody knew every single word.

What a great 3 nights.
Highlights:
Being down the front for each
Watching James dry hump that poor young chap ;-)
Chatting to Dave McPherson and his looky-likey brother after Wednesday’s gig

Lowlights:
No Stop it You’re Killing Me or Hate Kill Destroy, but that’s just me being picky!
Oh, and the 7 and a half hour drive home

Great Gig(s) Tuesday was the best night for me and the buzz after the 3rd night was amazing

Highlights for me:

Andy’s buying me a pint in the after party

Finally got to hug Micheal McKeegan (after 3 times failing previously)

Hearing Epilepsy and Moment of Clarity (IV being my favourite album). Evil Elvis and Dancing With Manson.

Seeing old friends ( Kossu you a legend ;-) ) and being with friends from home instead of my usual solo trips.

Lowlight:

The vocals during I Am the Money had so much effect it sounded like Stephan Hawking was singing sometimes less IS more

Funniest moment:

Andy forgetting the chords to the start of Sprung

Interesting fact:

Neil as fantastic as he is, doesn’t know how to play Loose :-s
