Not drinking is probably the way to go, go for a run or summat physical, that always help when i fuck up (and oft is that occurrence).

Maybe you should tell the person you love what you just told us? Tell them how sorry you are, and then give them some space. You never know, it might be fine, even if it takes a while. And stay off the drink, it never ever helps anything and often just makes it worse [/lecture] Good luck anyway :) *hugs*
