Heading to France for a mates wedding a couple of weeks before, too.

Fuck that! I’ll pop in to the Oak this afternoon.

Here’s hoping the band decide to mix up the sets on each night.

Jobrok, where did you see them for that much? They’re €3.50 booking fee per ticket on ticketmaster (still too much, btw).

If I could get to Cork (not likely this week), I would’ve popped in to the Old Oak as well, but didn’t wanna risk them being sold out. If I recall correctly, the last gig in 2004 sold out having only been mentioned on here, they weren’t even advertised locally.

Welcome to Ireland! I just spent €126 for 4 tickets, jeez…

Jobrok, is the venue selling them for 25? That was the price back in 2004, but they seem to be €28 now (at least on ticketbastard before booking fee).

Other outlets have varying booking fees on top.

Took incredible restraint to walk out the door without at least 1 ticket for the Sunday.

I always try to avoid ticketbastard wherever possible.
Even Tickets.ie would have been better.

Tickets for both shows in the bag. They’re flying out the door apparently. Fair fucks to the dude at Cypress Avenue for getting them back. Great seeing em in such an intimate venue - the last show was class - pity the stage is higher this time!!!

I could have bought a lash of tix at the Oak for folks on here from outside the city.

Could have sent me the dosh for face value by paypal.
Paypal gift payments within Ireland are free, too.

Ah! Well!
Hindsight’s always 20/20.
