Aye when that Cork gig was announced it was always gonna be around then sometime.

I was wrong in my prediction that it would be a Troublegum playback but at least I predicted the venue right!

Belfast gig and 2 Cork gigs. Does that mean a Dublin gig is on the horizon or are 3 gigs more than our tiny isle can handle?

Ah, I think we are going to be snubbed - shame.

Would love to make it down to Cork for one of them, but no holidays left to take…

Head up to Belfast - it’s closer than Cork (100 miles compared to 150 miles). The Belfast gig is on a Friday night as well so ye might not need annual leave.

I wouldn’t rule out a Dublin gig yet though - there’s still plenty of free dates around the Belfast / Cork gigs so ye never know.

Here’s hoping - the setlists at recent gigs have looked quite interesting.

Fair point about Belfast, will have to see how I am set financially closer to that time.

Big dilemma for me , the night my football team play the big Dublin derby in which we can ( maybe , hopefully ) win the title after a 16 year drought.

Or to Belfast for a band I’ve seen about 65 times before…

Decisions , decisions.

Go to one of the Cork gigs, is that an option?

Already booked tickets for Cork ( the saturday ) , Alan.

Still , it’s another T? show not too far away , and couldn’t live with the idea of seeing them only once this year with just the Cork one. I mean , ONCE… that’s not very often now is it.

Ah, happy days. I thought it was a decision between your only T? show or watching Rovers.
I hadn’t even contemplated going to the Belfast show. I guess 2 shows is enough for me! Would 3 be too much?, hmm…

That is very precise.

A Friday night in Belfast…hmmm.

Therapy? will play the whole of Troublegum at a special gig at the Mandela Hall as part of the Belfast Festival at Queens! And what’s more, ATL hand-picked the bill, which will see support from LaFaro and Axis Of.

The gig takes place on Friday 15th October in The Mandela Hall and will be introduced by our very own Rigsy.

Let me tell you something, T? will have their work cut for them if LaFaro are supporting. Awesome band - the best in Ireland at the minute hands down.

My advice is to buy their album now!

I’ve seen them a couple of times and they were pretty energetic alright. Haven’t seen them since they became an all male line up tho.

My favourite local band at the minute are called Girls Names. They’ve a couple of fantastic EPs out

If you liked LaFaro way back then, well they’re ten times the band now! You’re in for a treat.

So I can get to Belfast airport by 6pm. That means leaving work at 3pm on the dot and getting a 5pm flight. Now please can somebody nice tell me how to get from Belfast Airport to the venue?!?!? I tried going on the Metro timetable but it is buggered. Will it take longer than 2 hours by public transport? I know it ain’t that far away but I’m rubbish with planning things and don’t want to book anything until I know what I am doing.

I hear ya! I’m sure they’d easily fill The Village or Button Factory, despite three other gigs competing for punters. Especially if it’s a Troublegum gig.
