:O off this clip i get the impression its going to be like n.a.n.e crossbred with crooked timber with a bit of a fugazi influence. loving that the dubstep influence seems like its going to be even stronger.

in to the last track on the clip the most so far

I have to say that so far things sound pretty dam good, the song ‘walking in the shadow of a terrible thing’ sounds killer, as does the bit in the recent video from the studio where Andy’s ‘creating’ some weird guitar sounds prior to (what sounds like a wicked) song kicking back in. definately looking forward to this one.

I was curious if the recent (ish) troublegum shows influenced the writing for this album at all, but guess I’ll never know :o(

Not so sure. At my first hearing I was thinking it’s further within Crooked Timber influences. Just my own opinion/feeling.

This sounds AMAZING.

So, great, this new album will send me back to the gibbering, drooling fanboy state I was in after Crooked Timber…

jeesus fucking christ. As Den said this sounds amazing. Especially that track about 1:30 seconds in. This band are absolutely unbeatable when they’re in peak form. Truly makes me remember why i fell for them 20 odd years ago.

i think that song in the video with the effects actually is “living in the shadow of a terrible thing”
