Ha, good one. I’m gone too old for that Jerry!
There’ll be there in the afternoon, just been onto Cyprus Avenue.

So, then, Holland and Ireland in the same Euro group perhaps???
Or maybe a fiscally challenged group containing Spain, Italy, Greece & Ireland???

Excellent Niek! Will see you there :-)

Just look for the “Old Oak” pub on Caroline Street. Cyprus Avenue is upstairs. A great small venue (250 capacity), you’ll love it!

Count me in for both Cork and Dublin , after all someone has to look after DeepSleep there in bandit country before he gets lost in the slums and we never hear of him again. ;)

Any word of Petri and Kati yet ? This has the makings of another epic couple of days written all over it so I’m surprised he hasn’t booked yet !

:D Cuch: we´ll meet at the Vicar St! It´s sad that we cannot make Cork (we´ll be late Fri in Dublin) because of the work, damn work! But without work we coudln´t do Dublin so sometimes there has to be compromises done:D

Sounds like a plan , Petri.
Couple of glasses of kossu , we’ll put Tuntematon Sotilas on in the pub and on the way down to Vicar St we could hunt down some Russians while shouting the name of the Great President !

SETLIST:

Teethgrinder
Ghost Trio
Why Turbulence ?
Unbeliever
Before You…With You…After You
Die Laughing
Isolation
If It Kills Me
Exiles
Get Your Dead Hand Off My Shoulder
Living In The Shadow Of The Terrible Thing
Plague Bell
Stories
Diane
The Buzzing
Meat Abstract
Potato Junkie
Nowhere
Knives
Teenage Kicks/Screamager

Same set as Dublin the night before, except for swapping around Isolation and Teethgrinder, and playing a few bars of Teenage Kicks. Great gig. Jam packed and the crowd all really into it, not just the front few rows. Lots of banter from Andy, Michael wearing a wig etc.
Highlights were definately the ABCOL material - the likes of BYWYAY, The Buzzing sound monsterous. Unbeliever was amazing as well.
Tried to film it but the noise was too much for my poor camera to handle and it kept switching off… that’s how heavy Therapy? were! :-)

Interesting development during Ghost Trio when a speaker fell onto Neil and knocked over his hi-hat stand, he lost the plot with the crew. I guess he was totally knocked off his stride. He recovered excellently though! :-)

Great to see An, Yan and Markus again. Fair play to you guys… hardened road warriors!!

It was indeed an excellent gig and it was good seeing them in person again. Paradox and Axis Of, the latter who I’d only heard for the first time, both put up an equally good performance. Will look forward to the next gig.

just got back to England, twas a great few days. My mate had the ‘Jedward wig’ and I wore the ‘wheres wally’ hat and specks. Put em on in song 2 and offered them to the band for number 3. And declined my specks, Neil put the hat on but it only last about 2 secondss and Mike put our jedwaed wig on the wrong way round… which actually made it even funnier. Met a lovely couple there and a lass called ‘Boring’ (sorry Sinead) at the front… (got you dancing too haha)

great gig, enjoyed the irish hospitality again…brilliant

Ghost Trio live really is amazing. Of all the songs for Neil to have a ‘mishap’, shame it was this one as his drumming is phenomenal on this track, live in particular.
