anybody knows that song? it sounds like paaaaaaaaaaaaa pa ra ra raaaaaaaaaaaaaa, pa ra ra raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

but i don’t know the language used… and where do they come from…
anybody knows?
