Wall of Mouths

I have 2 copies of T?’s Misery promo.

One has a black CD with the following code ; AMSAD 00068.
It also says “FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY” in the copyright section of the CD.
The other has a red CD and has the following code ; 31458 1329 2.
This does not say “FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY” in the copyright section of the CD.
And both say “FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY” in the copyright section of the Digipack.

Is one a re-issue or something.?????…
