And here I thought no one else knew God Lives Underwater. I’ve been listening to them since Empty. I know they were going to release another album, what, before the turn of the century? All of a sudden they dropped off the face of the Earth. One of the other reasons I’m glad T? is still around… seems no one else I listened to in high school is.

I’ve actually been listening to them since the first EP. :p Their last album, Up Off The Floor, went unreleased because their label fell apart. Since then, they’ve been doing side projects. There hasn’t been an official breakup, just a very long hiatus.

The MP3’s of Up Off The Floor (which is a really good album) were available on the band’s website, but the site’s been offline all week. I’ll post about it again when the site’s back up.

Speaking of bands from high school, does anyone else miss Machines Of Loving Grace?

I heard this on the radio the other day and immediately thought: “T? should cover this song.” I’m pleasantly surprised that somebody else already mentioned it.

Given that the intro to Master of Puppets was dropped into the live shows recently, I wonder if that could be an upcoming b-side? Or how about a Slayer cover!

‘Policia’ if i remember correctly.I remember reading an interview with Max C who brought it up, but couldn’t remember Mr Cairns’ name and dubbed him “nice, drunk bastard” or something.Obviously made an impression:p
