A big rant.

I just really want to scream so I thought I’d come and rant on here for a short while.

I’ve been planning a bank holiday party for months and have arranged for lots of people to come up on Saturday (I live in the countryside, miles away from most of my mates) and I’ve just discovered that the scum of the universe (Arriva trains to people who’ve never met one of the fuckers) have decided to have a strike. All weekend. On the bank holiday. Because they’re bastards and are quite determined to fuck off elsewhere at the slightest hint of someone actually wanting to get on one of their shitty fucking trains.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHH.

I might actually have to kill someone.

Love HoochXXX

Bad shit. That sucks.

I suggest you go and kill the head of the Arriva strike committee. Hijack one of his trains and run him over with it. That’ll teach the bugger.

Sounds like a plan to me. I don’t know why I’m surprised, they had a strike last time I had a party here. I am beginning to suspect a mole is leaking information and it’s one big conspiracy to ruin my social life once and for all.

Ta chum :)

Watch carefully and see which of your friends reacts. Bingo, you’ve got yer mole! ;)

it’s never good to have rich friends. didn’t they realize how embarassing it was for me not to be able to afford all that? don’t worry, they say, we’ll pay for you…oooh yes, debits…what else?
hate that.
another big rant.

I watched Austin Powers 3 again today, which involved lots of comedy moleage. Whatever happened to Fred Savage? He hasn’t aged at all.

I sympathise Kyra, I have friends staying at the moment and already they have bought me teabags, all my drinks, dinner and prepared their own breakfast for the morning.

On the other hand, I just woke up (it’s about 3.45am) on the floor downstairs and discovered my bed has been nicked so the sods owe me anyway.

I have such a hangover, back to the carpet…

cheers hooch, i appreciate your support. so how did ye manage the train strike then?

isn’t it funny when those friends know you’re from the uk and they know there are plenty of festivals up here in summer and they ask you which ones you’ve been to and stuff…?

actually, been to none of em for more than one year.
and had to work during bank holiday. i don’t even know who played the carling weekend. didn’t wanna know.
how silly it is to spend a hundred quid to see bands play just a couple of songs (of course you ain’t there to see the headliners, you spend half the time by the carling stage or the evening session stage), lose all your friends and get stuff stolen from your tent. getting drunk and not being able to find the toilets. and i could go on forever.
not that i believe in all that; i’m just trying to find myself an excuse for not being there this year.
i miss campfires, awwww

Aw, my sister is at the Leeds Carling weekend and judging by the weather has probably drowned in a quagmire by now, lol. I haven’t been to any for a couple of years, way too much cash. I remember going to Reading for a mere £55. Them were the days.

The party was good, we evaded the train strike by having some people come on the Friday and the rest drive. That’ll teach the gits!

The highlight of my weekend has been today though, I went to visit my grandad and they were having a summer fete type thing at the care home next door. We went along and - oh joy of joys - the guest of honour was the weather guy from Look North, yeeeeeeeeey! This probably doesn’t mean much to anybody who doesn’t live near Leeds but it made my day :)

Heh heh, I think I know who you mean, the one who has banter with Peter Levy? Hope you got his autograph :)

p.s. Fred Savage - is he the guy out of the Wonder Years? If so, I think he has that thing where you stay perpetually young. You know, like the boy out of Karate Kid :)

lol yes that’s him, he’s called Paul Hudson. He was covered in way too many old people to get an autograph…I have got Richard Whitley’s though ;)

Apparently Peter Levy was meant to be there but couldn’t make it. PH said this was because he was at an official fan club party…in the telephone box round the corner! Oh how we laughed. I really miss Look North.

Fred Savage was in The Wonder Years and he just doesn’t look any different in AP3, like Michael J Fox. Was the karate kid called Ralph Macchio? It’s bugging me now.

I can’t remember the name of the kid out of Karate Kid, but him, Fred Savage, and Michael J. Fox all have the same thing, where they always have the face of a child. I could be jealous, but I guess it has its negative side. Always having to carry ID, and having to speak to fans of D-list movies, for two :)

Anyway - you’re the internet queen, you find out the KK’s name! ;)

I don’t think you can appreciate looking young until you’re old. About a year ago, at the ripe old age of 21 I got IDd in HMV to buy a certificate 15 dvd, I abused the guy so much he finally caved in and let me buy it - the bloody cheek of it all.

Still no luck with your tshirt btw, sorry :(

I wish I still looked 15. I’m 24 and the youngest I’ve been mistaken for is 21 :)

That t-shirt is a bugger. You think it’d be easy to track down, but it ain’t… ;)

Or maybe he suffers from the same thing as the fellers out of Karate Kid, Back to the Future, and The Wonder Years, and is actually 57 years old.

Unless your internet wizardry’s let you down for once, God forbid. Heh heh.

i’m 21 now and always asked for my passport. i’m kind of used to it even if it keeps surprising me every time it happens
but this one is great: i had to buy my bus pass and was asked whether i wanted ADULT or CHILD.
a lady at the check in desk (at the airport in france): are you older than 13?

mrmrmrmr…

it begs the question, am i happy with it?

And i can’t make Virtual Connect 4 work :(
