Gutted. My deepest sympathies to your mother, presuming she had the good sense to vote for Sinead.

I do watch an awful lot of trash tv. I think it’s a symptom of being so far removed from any signs of real life (the closest thing being the local Age Concern).

Without wanting to shift this thread totally off the original point (which I do annoyingly frequently), why are you living unhappily in the middle of nowhere? Why not just move? And don’t say money - you can move without ir!

Yeah, to a cardboard box ;)

I didn’t say I was unhappy. For the money I pay I live in a huge three bedroomed house in a very beautiful and nice (if dull) neighbourhood. For that same money I would be living in a bedsit in Chapeltown if I’d stayed in Leeds.

I probably do complain about where I live more than I should. I chose to be here and for the main part I do like it, it’s very easy going. Plus I think I actually see more of my friends and family now that I’m further away than I did living round the corner. I suppose it encourages you to make an effort.

Right, a vow not to whinge. About that at least, heh heh heh.

Right Hooch, me and my sister are going to The Garage next Saturday.

It would be a pleasure if you could join us.

Ah maaaaaaaan! You would do that right next to Xmas when I’m officially skint wouldn’t you? No can do :( :( My sister will probably be there though. She’ll be the drunkard standing (well, propped up) in the corner inanely giggling to herself.

It’s her birthday on 17th of January and I shall most definitely be out and about in Leeds then - a possible meet ‘n’ greet session?

Oh, did you get my email btw? Evil Hotmail.

No can do - I’m only up in Leeds about twice a year. If you can afford to get there and get in I could sort you out for a few bevvies and somewhere to stay - if not, ne’er mind, another time. Didn’t get yer email BTW!

Ah bless ya :D I’m currently £50 overdrawn and I don’t even have an overdraft so it’s looking unlikely but if I have a sudden windfall I’ll let you know. Shame cause I could do with a good night out. Likewise, if you can make it in January I’ll buy you a beer and a space on the floor ;)

Evil Hotmail (as it is now known) has been craftily sending all Wall of Mouths messages straight to my junk folder and I recently found one saying you’d emailed me so I tried to email you back, to say sorry for the lack of email at the time, if you see what I mean. Bugger knows.

Okay, you win in the overall debt catagory but for immediate available cash, I have my copper jar (I started putting 5Ps in there a while ago but it hasn’t really made much of a difference). Do send me a photo of your exploits though ;)

Do you mean my email doesn’t work in general or just going through WOM? my address is hoochalobster@hotmail.com but if that doesn’t work try sarah@teethgrinder.com

Are you sure you won’t reschedule to January? It’d make my life so much easier (and free beer for you!).
