Wise words. I still need to see maiden too. Their new album will come mid-2003. And Larzzz even had to sell his Karel Appel collection. That doesn’t look good. :D

I asked the Cunning Stunts DVD for Christmas, can’t wait to see it!! It should be very good from the stuff I read on the web.
Yesterday I found out that Metallica played in my city 10 years ago, there’s even a boxset (bootleg) of that gig! I hope I can scream ‘DIE, DIE, DIE!!!’ (part of Creeping Death for the non-Metallica lovers) as well some day.

Most of you out here seem to hate Metallica… which is fucking brilliant, only more space for me in the front :D

I am planning to see them a couple of times this summer, because I have the feeling it could be their last tour. And Bob Rock will definately NOT play the festivals, the dudes are busy with auditions as we speak…

And Maiden is great, especially with Bruce Dickinson on vocals… that Blaze Bayley was a big fucking idiot, never really understood why they asked him for the job…

i have seen both metallica and iron maiden, the metallica gig was way better ofcourse.
i saw them in 1999 all of my friends were going like ‘metallica have lost it, they will only play the new crap songs and so on’. the gig was fuckin great, they played songs like battery, fight fire with fire, so what, the four horsemen, the thing that should not be, master of puppets, of wolf and man and we all went berserk. It was such a great gig and everyone who didn’t come and heard what happened shut up their mouths. So if metallica come somewhere near to you and you dont go to see them…HAHAHAHAHAHA… you ignorant poor kids…

Milton Keynes Bowl - first time with Megadeth, mustaine blew them all away in my opinion

I am not as great a fan as I was back in the, ride the lighting days, and the black tour was the last tour i watched them on, and I believe on the Load tour, it was like watching about 20 fucking solos, alright we know you can play. The do churn out great music, but I think they treat there fans like dirt, a bit like Man Utd really.

Right a little story to tell, I met T? on the Shameless tour and spent the afternoon with them, I was talking to Andy about Donington 94 (first time I saw T?) and Andy was having a good laugh recalling a superb day.
Then he went on about Donington 95 when Metallica headlined. Andy said that T? wanted to go onto the stage with Thin Lizzy’s Boys are back in town, playing. Anyway, Metallica found this out, and said that they wanted to go on to the stage with that playing and told T? not to play it, so they didn’t, and then Metallica didn’t decide to use it either.

Must admit though, I had a friend copy the S&M CD for me, and listening to the intro played by the orchestra, send shivers through my spine, as it is shit hot, and even though I have moaned about Metallica, I have seen them play some explosive gigs.

My buddy and me are going to follow this whole tour. I already have bought my tickets for Roskile!! From this incomplete tourscheme we’re going to do every date except for the date in Italy! And more is to come!! Metallica also are rumoured to play a monsters of rock show at donnington and one in Holland. Nothing official about those shows, but my guess is these rumours are true because it comes from Kerrang, which is a pretty respectably magazine in the music world.

This summer is going to be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
