besides, spitfire/eagle don’t only have metal bands. they alos have punk, doom, electronica, grind and thrash-bands, just looking through the list of artists on their website. ohGr is on spitfire (i can really recommend that record!). gary numan is on eagle (the uk division of spitfire/eagle). and DANZIG is on spitfire. i think spitfire is a pretty good label. it could be worse you know. therapy? will never get a major label deal again, let’s face it. and that’s good!

I´m not sure if Spitfire records is such a good choice… Seems to be a label for old “twisted metal bands” and not for a rock n roll act. But hopefully T? now get a bit more promotion.

Some Maths: A new label= New songs=New Tour=Fun…let’s face it, Therapy? do whatever they want because that is what has kept them going for alll these years now.By signing a deal at a smaller label they have more artistic freedom, less pressure of the company whether the record will sell to make profit.And I don’t think it really matters what kind of other bands are on the label because every Therapy? album has been so much different from each other…and…the most important thing as long as the guys themselves enjoy making music, the train keeps going…I think Therapy?will stay at the level they are now no matter how succesful future albums will be: they will keep playing the venues they have been playing for some years now, and they will keep appearing at festivals. I think they have earnt their credits with their Live performances in such a way that organisers of festivals/concerts know that Therapy? live is a guarantee for a good night out!
