isolation is the best by far. (which, by the way i forgot to write in “weirdest place u found something therapy?” was used in a review of the formula 1 season of (i think) 1996 on the BBC - pretty cool with loads of crash sequences in the loud parts).
they also did a really good version of diane the last time they played in belfast (sort of a mix between the rock version and the recorded version, but in my opinion better than both)

Yeah. Yeah. They used Epilepsy for that as well sometime. I remember that…since then I started to like the song lots more. :D

CC Rider was on the Nowhere single, the CD isn’t rare so you could probably pick it up on eBay or the like pretty cheaply - it’s worth it for the comedy value alone ;)

I know it’s comic and all… but a lot of my favourite humour is based on overkill, and one reason I like that song is cos Andy had the guts (if that’s what you’d call it) to do Elvis in a totally OTT way, and fair play. It’s the way it should be done. Makes me smile. Wish they’d play it live! (Anyone in the band reading this???! How about a “B-sides and non-single tracks” only concert?! — and don’t forget a live version of the Manchild song!)

Hmmm… I have to admit once I asked Michael (suggestively) if they had considered doing Rehab live and he sorta smiled in a “yeah, you’re a mad fan, aren’t you?” sorta way :)

-on the rare (1000 made) 7“‘s that were given away for free at one of their early gigs.. the 7” includes with or without you (really the U2 song) and teenage kicks (really the undertones song)
-on the bootleg version of that 7”
-on the “who did this?”-bootleg

Teenage Kicks isn’t the full version (only runs about 90 seconds) and the music is different.
With Or Without You is a real piss-take of the U2 version - totally slowed down music and Andy putting on his most “earnest” of Bono impressions… quite silly.

Citizen - you don’t consider the current songs in the audio section to be rare? They are more rare than the songs mentioned in this thread! :D But yes, there is a good chance these songs will show up on the site in the future as well.

You mean the one off the LP version of Gimme Back My Brain? I had no trouble getting that, in fact I got it a few days before the official release date
