Started by White Psycho in Musicians (Gear, Tabs & Lyrics)

OK I’ve used tabcrawler and the others (they all have the same tab) but watching the video off this site it looks like its wrong, andy seems to be playing the riff about half way down the thretboard rather than a 1/4 down like the tab says, can anyone give me a hand with this?
