Irish and U.K. festivals, make your voice heard!!

I’m sure you’ve all seen the great mail sent out by the lads about the new album, really enjoyed it. But on the downside, what a fucking disaster that one of the best live acts i’ve ever seen hasn’t been asked to play not one festival in Ireland or the U.K.. Get on the blowhorn and do something about it!

In Ireland you can make your voice heard here:

niall@mcd.ie

In the U.K.:

Address:
Mean Fiddler Music Group plc
16 High Street
Harlesden
London
NW10 4LX

Tel: 020 89615490

Facsmile: 020 88381748

couldn’t find a mail address for the meanfiddler, the promoter for the both reading & leeds festivals.

again, for glastonbury, couldn’t find a mail address, but did sign up to the message board, under the name of shortsharpshock, to post on the wish list thread that I’d love to see therapy? playing this year!

Title: Ireland

“I know Therapy played at Donnington many years ago, and to be honest the metallica gig would be out of this world if T? played support… Even suporting those linkin park kids would be just great… we could have a good old head bang to T? and then go get some drinking in before Metallica came on stage..!

Here’s the link & an email for the croud who are putting the gig on in dublin:

All press enquiries to clare@pod.ie

I wonder why they couldn’t get on the Metallica bill. T? were brilliant at Ozzfest last year. Maybe the organisers didn’t think the kiddies that would be there to see Linkin Park wouldn’t know what to make of T?

I wouldn’t pay a lot of money to watch T? support that bunch of money grabbing bastards, and after how T? got treated at Donington in 95 I wouldn’t be surprised if T? told them to stick it, as they rocked big time at Donington 94.
I went the Ozzfest at Donington last year, so was gutted to hear that T? would be playing the day after in Ireland.
Anyway, Manchester tonight, can’t wait.

Hi Darren,

there a rumour that Limp Biscuit have dropped from the download festival, any chance you can get us an e-mail for their promoters so we can bombard them to put Therapy? on the line up, or if you have any other ideas?

Many thanks

Andy

So now we just have to wait and hope, I won’t be able to go but it’d be nice to help T? get rediscovered in the UK!

:D

Er, wasn’t there some thing on the bbc website for Download that allowed you to vote a band onto the bill at Download???

If it’s still running (not yet checked) then I suggest you get over there and vote! If it’s not, the site may have some contact details of people to harass anyway.

Title: Oops

Oh well, just checked the bbc and it was to vote a uk punk band onto the deconstruction stage. But I guess if you all vote anyway they might get the hint :) I mean, their definition of punk probably stops at blink182!

Maybe if Therapy? dropped their pants and started running around with midgets they could make it big?

And please don’t twist that in any way, shape or form!

Oh, and you could also try harassing the peeps at Radio 1 and Kerrang (via their websites - they publish contact emails).
