The film is directed/co-written by Jonathan Carney and the film is Irish so I guess he is as well. Might explain something.

is as follows:
“Suicidal patients discovering their true selves while going through therapy (:D) in a treatment center”

It features Cillian Murphy, Tricia Vessey, Jonathan Jackson, Stephen Rea and Paul Hickey.
As I said, it’s an ok film and the songs are somewhat related to the story, at least they don’t seem totally out of context. When the main character wakes up in a treatment center, it has ‘He’s not that kind of girl’ on the background and then there’s another scene where he’s going through some headmessing stuff with the main female character and this has ‘God kicks’ on the background.
