status bass

michael should play “status bass” again. like he did on troublegum and “infernal love” and on their tours. musicman isn´t really the best sound.
status has like really the high and low frequenzes with a piona character. the best sound for a band like “therapy”.

i don´t understand, why he changed his sound?

Cos T? changed their sound. I think it was because when Graham joined he wasen’t a paticularly tight drummer so Michael wanted more sustain etc to fill in between beats. I know whet you mean though, when they play Screamager etc now they don’t have that pounce that Michaels bass used to provide.

but he could use an equalizer to put on the active sound … this warm sound isn´t the right think for a rock´n´roll band.
musicman is just like fender … its modern today
but you can have this sound with every bass … you don´t have to spend so much money on a musicman …

i don´t like the look and design … it´s totally boring …
status is unique …

As I read somewhere, Michael was really pleased with his Stingray and the best thing he ever played.

hi there

found the new status bass micheal plays live

http://www.status-graphite.com/status/ukus/frames/ukframe.htm

you have to klick basses->buzzard->scroll down to “buzzard1 and buzzard2” than you should see it …

he plays two musicman and one status … think because of tuning stress during the gig and of course for the sound but “STATUS IS BEST” :)
