Never got one. And whilst the main reason I’ve collected “merchandise in general” was cos I preferred to have the source material for anything I had on the web site, this one eluded me, but I’m kinda not disappointed at all.
And anyway, if it was loaded with 20 Belgian francs or whatever, well, I guess it would be useless now, blooming euro.
