The official word (well, from Battle & Darragh) is that they haven’t split up. But he’ll be doing the radio thing Monday through Thursday, and it’s late at night. Doesn’t really leave much time for Wilt to tour and stuff!

hate to be a pessimist, but i wouldn’t be at all surprised to hear that wilt are splitting up. they’re at roughly the same point in their career as kerbdog were and they and am not sure they’ve gained much ground since the first album. i wish em luck though.

Well, it looks certain to me that they’ve now split.

The official site has been taken offline, and the Whelans gig never materialised. Add that to Cormacs radio slot, Darragh getting married, and the band having no record deal… I think it’s pretty much done and dusted.

This all goes back to Kerbdog not getting the recognition they deserved back in the mid 90’s. They should’ve been huge.

They would have been huge if they’d had more than one good song!
