Gig - ography

Hi,

I’ve just been contributing to the ‘best T? gig’ thread and realised that while this site has a biog and discogoraphy page, there’s no gig history on it - any chance of one?

My God that would take forever! I think Rene is interested in compiling such a thing for the site but it will obviously take quite a while before we had anything definitive. :)

You’re probably already aware of this, Hooch, but the ‘Helsingborg’ thread has just alerted me to the fact that what I seek is at http://www.suicidepact.com. Cheers anyway.

It is a pretty good site - very comprehensive. Goodness knows how you’ve managed to complie all that stuff Alex.

I wonder myself too. I know there’s a few mistakes in there too, and a few omissions, but it’s hard doing so much retrospectively.

But be it comfort to know that it has been developed over the period of more than 7 years…

At one point, their old tour manager, Rog Patterson, said he had a comprehensive list of all T? shows and would pass them on to me, but he departed soon after and I’ve never heard from him since, which is a big shame.

Heh, he was a nice bloke too. I met him a one of The Driven’s gigs, as he was their TM too. I asked for his autograph and he signed it ‘I can confirm that Therapy? are indeed a bunch of mad bastards’ :D

Where are the diary updates? Are they interleaved amongst the existing bits? I can’t find them.

I found something of the tour in 2001… But it’s there for some time… so it can’t be that if you have just updated it.

I’m sorry to disappoint you Iris, there is a mention of a girl named Iris in the diary entry about the Prime Club in Koln, but it’s the German promoters’ rep. To be honest, I thought he might have meant you as well, the way I read it at first.

Yeah, they’re mixed in but fairly recent, the end of May and beginning of June, up to the Belfast gig.

Iris - sorry! Assumed it was you but ne’er mind, at least you got a mention before :D
