Man, you Belgian bastards. You got so many great bands. I love dEUS and Millionaire. I’ll check out some of the songs you mentioned.

Me, I’m from Austria and there’s not one band I could name, which is particularly cool or talented. The only Austrian artist I like is Kurt Ostbahn and fellow Austrians are probably going to laugh at me for liking him.

Or like everybody could witness at Werchter Classic: Clouseau :D

But let’s not forget the greatest Belgian band ever: the Confettis :D That was metal in a very very early stage :D

It’s a shame I forgot him :o
And it’s really a shame I forgot Trio and Fehlfarben.

And to all the other proposals:
Forget Bro’Sis, when you’re watching German tv at the moment, there’s at least three casting shows for the next big teenage rip off thing.
Forget Doro as long as there’s real German hard rock crap as The Scorpions.
Forget also about Nena. I don’t like people who still live from their musical success of the past, who just make music for people who want to remember their youth and listen to the music of that time (no, it wouldn’t be Comedian Harmonists for me then :)).

But I’m glad so many Germans here on WoM seem to have a similar , excellent taste.

oh and about nena: you all “not-in-germany-living” can be happy, that you don’t have to see this stupid commercial, where she’s having “fleckenzwerge” on her shirt…aaaaaaaaah! i hate that one

I’m not into that “gruftie” scene, but to compare Goethes Erben with Dieter Bohlen’s haemorrhoids just isn’t fair.

Oma Hans - Kalter Mammut
Die Goldenen Zitronen - 0:30, gleiches Ambiente
Ricky Shayne - Ich sprenege alle Ketten
The Jet Bumpers - I Wanne Be Like Milhouse
Jan Delay - Sam Ragga Styler
Fischmob - David
