Here’s a link to record-stores in Helsinki (actually it’s a guide to Queen-records but you’ll get the idea :D)

The list seems to be last updated in 1999 but actually it has every good stores in the “cental-area”.

This is not in it;
Music Hunter have bootleg as well rare stuff; http://personal.inet.fi/musiikki/musichunter/hunter3_0_engl.htm

We are planning to meet at bar Ilves before the gig on sunday, I don’t know the exact time but hopefully all the people from WoM can make it. Ilves is right next to Tavastia http://www.tavastiaklubi.fi/index.php where Therapy? plays.

One good record store in Helsinki is “Keltainen Jäänsärkijä”, like bar Ilves, it’s also next to Tavastia. They’ll have quite much 12” LP’s, and cd’s too. Sometimes you can really do some good record-founds there.

Depending on what you’re looking for, I’d put at least these on the list:

- Free Record Shop (Mannerheimintie) - it’s probably the biggest record shop Helsinki has right now.

- Keltainen Jäänsärkijä (near Tavastia) - very good shop, moderately good selection with used records.

- Popparienkeli (Viisikulma) - my personal favourite. Very, very good selection, also when it comes to used records.

- Digelius (just across the street from Popparienkeli) - if you’re into world music and that kind of weird things, you shouldn’t miss this. I’ve heard it’s a world class shop.

- Tunnelin Levy (Asematunneli) is a small shop with excellent selection, though not the amount of used records they used to have.

Those are my picks, anyway.
