Bloody fantastic! great to hear Dancin’ with manson and Moment of Clarity live, really enjoyed it. Did anyone else go?

Title: “Fuck London”

:) I’m only quoting Mr. Cairns!
Absolutely marvellous gig with a small but very dedicated crowd. Andy was very communicative that night, e.g. saying they’d prefer to play places instead of cities (and then he went on with the quote above). He slaged off Man United, congratulating Northampton for their FA Cup win earlier that day (btw, a nice game that was).
Sometimes you could hear that Martin’s guitar was missing, but through most of the set it was as energetic as the three-piece shows before he joined the band.
The set was the ususal mixture of the tour opening with Nowhere and Teethgrinder. My personal highlights of the evening were Punishment Kiss (I’ve only been to shows this year before where they didn’t play it) and, as the final song, Isolation with Andy going mental on guitar, one of the best versions I’ve ever heard of them.
And it was nice that they had some shirts in XL for a ‘skinny’ guy like me this time. Cheers, Sam, you’re lovely.

Maybe Stories was left out because of Martin’s cello missing. And as CoN seems to have been an encore for the last shows, maybe they left it out because they had no time for it left.
