Where’s the best place for accomidation Gav? Which is stooodent cheap..
City centre ain’t cheap… there is a Travel Inn about 10 mins walk up Oxford road on the corner of Portland St.
I’ve never needed to stay over in Manc cause it would cost more than the taxi fare home!

£186 for my planned Friday - Monday stay :O That’s not including Breakfast.
Where’s the nearest Travelodge? Or any decent, not dodgy youth hostels about?

Grant, if you’re driving by then, are you up for making a weekend of Manchester and going halfers on the room?

hopefully the crowd will be good on the tour, after the abysmal atmosphere at bulldog bash, fairplay on the band though they sounded good and the setlist was short but sweet.

basically the way it was set up was that the barrier was really far away from the stage and people with vip or press passes could go in the pit area up to the stage, i was in the vip bit i could easily walk around fine and i was one of the only people in that area who seemed to be enjoying the band, i looked behind me couldnt really see the main bit of crowd but it looked dead, ginger kept commenting on how wierd it was(the crowds had been shit all weekend in all honnesty apart from for fun lovin criminals and neville staple) ginger was babbling on quite a bit i think they were having technical problems, like he spent about 5 minutes just talking about the tshirts (in the end he gave me one and said your the most eager person in here so have it) then a hells angel came on stage and grabbed ginger, duncan and the singer from orange goblin had to get the angel off him then ginger says to the crowd “i diddnt say you were the worse i said this is the wierdest show we’ve played” they did 2 more songs and just walked off stage after playing for about an hour when they were booked for an hour and a half, i went backstage straight away and ginger had already left.
