on a somewhat related note, i got took in by the pigs on saturday. i found a little cunt (whod been giving us grief for months e.g. breaking windows, robbing little old ladies) kicking my grandads car, so i kicked him…HARD, and informed him that if he did it again, id burn his house down(i aint proud of kicking an 11 year old but the little fuck deserved it) so his dad turns up 10 minutes later, so i pointed out what a cunt his son was, daddy-waddy insists that his son never eeeever does anything wrong(not that he knows about, he’s just a fucking drunk who pays no attention to his kids)and hits ME! so i smacked him, my 23 year old brother then shoots through the door and latches onto his head, next thing i know the pigs are pealing him off!!.im just fucking astonished that this little cunt terrorizes the neighbourhood, someone retaliates and we get taken in? fucking bullshit judisiary system.

don’t you think that the best solution for that would be more education than a petition? what can you do anyway against a 11 years old kid? his parents are responsible…but do parents still have time to educate their kids?

I know that sounds harsh and in an ideal world educating people would be a great idea - but this is not an ideal world and some people are beyond educating.
Infact some of the ‘youth’ round here are fucking animals and they do exactly as they please with NO respect for the law & other people and their property. I consider myself a hard working, law abiding citizen, I pay tax and what is left from my miserable wage i would rather not spend replacing the property that these mindless twats have vandalised - give em a kicking - might make em think twice!

just hook your car battery up to the bonnet before you leave the motor alone. That way they’ll get a good wee zap if they try and touch the car. might drain your battery, but fuck it. Either that or a sniper bb-gun. (or a real one)

Deadsetgav, your response is understandable as the worst is that you know there will be no consequences to the person who did this even if caught, also some do gooders will think that’s not much of a crime but your consequences are:
1) The first thing you see when getting into your car is broken
2) If it’s raining your knackered to get to work
3) If you have a long journey you can’t clean your windscreen, which is a risk when driving to your own safety
4) You could be late for work
5) Your whole day is ruined as the incident will be playing on your mind, effecting your work
6) You need to get a new wiper and that is more expense.
7) When can you get the wiper, at dinner break, spoil you lunch
8)The knowledge that the toe rag who did this is probably still in bed with no worries and your paying taxes so he or she can lounge around
9) Will the same incident happen again tommorow
10) Paranoia sets in , looking out the window, who is near your car, some dipstick smurks at you as you drive near your house.
11;12;13…etc etc
That is the consequence and you haven’t even committed an offence. OPeople don’t understand this until it hsappens to them.

Yeah, I remember it happened to me a while back.
1. Driver side window smashed in.
2. Got in, discovered my jacket was robbed (of course).
3. I had just stayed in my ex-girlfriends place and was giving her a lift to work when I discovered the damage, then had an argument with her ‘cos I was so pissed off.
4. Had a 40 mile drive back home in the freezing cold.
5. Spent days trying to arrange a new window to be fitted.
6. Then spent about 70 or 80 yo-yos to get a new one.
7. I was fit to fucking kill everyone I met for a week after it, such was my foul form.
All the while, some little cuntrag is enjoying the comforts of my expensive jacket. What little faith I had in humanity slipped after that, no doubt.

Exactly Alan, it is not just the thing that they’ve done to you, it’s like a domino effect and you only really want some immediate justice, but do not get it. Do you know what the worst thing is, is when the police have been called they say something stupid like, “oh you’re lucky we had to deal with somebody yesterday who had both windows smashed” That really gets me mad.

You have just described my life a few months ago some local scum were throwing stones at our windows,me and my dad ran after them i chased one of them all the way to his house we got the police, who were next to fucking useless they didn’t even want to take a statement, but i had an argument with the policeman and said if i had hit one of the boys (they aged between 16-18) who were throwing stones he would have had no problem taking a statement then.Since that incident we have security cameras front and back and i have i purchased a baseball bat.We got an apology from the Police about how they handled the call out, they did eventually take our statements. As for the scum we are still waiting for the case to go to court.I have zero tolerance for these people.I wish you luck with you’re petition Paul.

Thanks Badkarma, what you experienced is a disgrace, but nowadays is accepted too readily by people, I have learned that whenever I haven’t been treated properly I write; telephone; email; etc to everybody and everyone who has to deal with it, takes a bit of time but in the end you get some positive results. People should not have to do this, but it seems to be the only way these days.

Title: PETITION - anti-social behaviour
Thanks for your support Joseph, people always say to me that it is stigmatising all youth, but anti-social behaviour has no age limit and it is in fact effecting youth more than adults.
We have in our area a new skateboardind development going on and in a town near us over 2000 children campaigned for a skateboard park in their area and they are getting one now.
You could start a campaign for one, or do what I did and put a petition onto the Scottish Parliament Website, e-petitions, asking for a skateboard park in your area, go for it. “Shy bairns get nowt” Also put a comment on my e-petition saying why you have signed it.
If you need some advice on campaigning contact me.
