i thought it was a very good setlist. particularly enjoyed Isolation with the She’s Lost Control bit in the middle.

To be honest I’m absolutely useless at defining music or explaining what something sounds like. I did like HMM but it did sound…dare I say it…a teeny bit Shamelessy. Quite heavy, but with the weird off-beats - not as tuneful as most of HA. Gah, I don’t know the right words to explain what I mean :(

Shame that we didn’t manage to meet any of you others - White Psycho - im sure I was stood next to you at the Manchester gig last year as i seem to remember…or someone anyway wearing a leather coat with blonde hair.

the ‘womble’ t-shirt was top - definitely an idea worth pursuing and meanwhile i shall get my fabric paints out for the next gig… if a few of us are wearing them then maybe we will attract some more other WoM’s!!!

Did you go to the Bourbon Bourbon aftershow party then (just down from Creation?)That was the party that the Glitterati were promoting (i got a flyer) and when i wandered past about 11ish on the way back to the car there was no one in the bar except the Glitterati in the corner looking lonely and sorry for themselves..it was quite amusing - like everyone had abandoned them…

A top night indeed :D It’s Julie (Blackstar on the WoM - she actually signed up finally, lol) and that was Kog in the raincoat - the Dead Pet, who you knew the same people of or something…I cannae remember much!

We found Michael and Neil in the Met bar after Wildhearts had finished and then all went down to the Glitterati aftershow, it was a good laugh. I went back up to the bus to get Andy to come and play but he was asleep so hung out with crew and then everyone came back for more party time. It gets a little hazy thereafter…needless to say I did not get to college in the morning :o

I always hire from Budget in Hunslet, Leeds 0113 272 1177, they often are very keen to get rid of cars for these bank holiday weekends and might give you a deal…
for a ford focus size car (i.e medium) you’re looking at around 75-80 for the weekend…thats about the cheapest ive found so worth a try…

totally unrelated question…how do you get the little comment at the bottom of your signature? (you have ‘sometimes i think i’ve gone completely mad..’ etc.)
