Wouldn’t it be cool if for the new album Therapy? would…

…let us WOMbles decide the title. You know, like Weezer did. “Maladroit” was a suggestion made by a user on the message board of their homepage.
So, how about that Andy, Michael, Neil?

Suggestions anyone?

I can’t really think of something myself.
Therapy? usually has very catchy titles, none of them are songs BTW (or am I wrong)?

Their albums don’t have the same names of any songs or singles in a literal way, but Infernal Love is derived from Epilepsy (…’This infernal love… it burns like wire’), and of course Suicide Pact-You First, which can be found back in Little Tongues First. The latter song is even referred to as SP-YF by Andy during live gigs more often than it is called Little Tongues First.

There was a song called “Shameless” recorded during the sessions for the “Shameless” album.

So we’ll come up with a title and Andy has to fit it into his lyrics then.

then it would just be referred to by whatever colour the cover was, egs: black album, white album, blue album.
Not a great idea.

That was a NOFX album and you know it!!!!

The Wildhearts did it as well. Their website voted for the name Riff After Riff After Motherfucking Riff.

I think it would be a good idea!

Erm. That doesn’t happen very often. Usually it gets referred to as just self-titled. Or ‘Portishead’/’Blur’/’Monaco’ etc. (depending on who the band are).
