damit. i’m taking an important test at school today and i can’t fucking sleep. woke up after 2 hours and did everything to fall asleep, but no chance. no i considered drinking cofee to be awake when the test is, and gues what, i’m nearly sleeping away.:mad:
i’m going fucking mad here.

4. get up earlier
5.make sure your bedroom is cold and you have clean bedding. nothing worse than hot room with uncomfortable bedding..
6.dont think about sleeping, think of other things instead.
