I think so, yeah. And there’s the priceless moment when he looks directly into camera, then round at the rest of the band, then bashes into the next chord like he wants to kill someone.
I love the dancing, but only because it’s how I dance… :’(
Oh, and then there’s the gibberish nonesense-talk between most of the songs. Genius! :D

I like the one with the Spanish tremolo guitar on it. I don’t know the name of the album, so please, no inquisition.

Never saw it coming but the new Cure album is fucking fabulous. I’m shocked! Just goes to show you shouldn’t dismiss things before you’ve even heard them. :)

I love the New Cure album… its solid from start to finish, and a nice mixture of all the years.
The only really shit albums of theirs in my opinion were Wild mood swings and The Top.

I’ve just been watching footage of them over the last decade or so. It appears that my ignorance has ben somewhat foolish! :D

Friday i’m in love is still a shithouse of a song, though. This and letter to elise prevents me from repurchasing Wish. And high.

I’ve only heard the Greatest Hits which I really like , the more catchy stuff is more my thing. Inbetween Days, Just Like Heaven and even Friday I’m In Love.

Today i’ve won Head on the door and Kiss me Kiss me Kiss me on ebay for a couple of pound each and I purchased Disintergration and Wish from amazon for less that £5 each, have I made good choices for the more poppier side of the cure?

I also bought The Holy Bible delux version off amazon for £4.98 , how can they get away with selling such a quality package for so little. I’m happy with that purchase.

(Woo 1000th post , its taken me 4 years and about 5 months to do it, finally in the mile high club :D).

I dont prefer it because the sound of the original is what I love about it. I listen to the US mix mainly because ive heard the original just so many times.

Definitely. Excellent choices, although “Wish” isn’t quite up to par with the other albums you bought.
