Gonna see Alice Cooper tonight… who’s jealous?

This is gonna be great. It only cost me 38€, but what the hell? The man’s a legend.

What’s everyone’s favourite Alice Cooper album, by the way?

Though I know there are people on this board who’ll beat me up for that. :)

Not jealous. Have seen him last week, and he was kickin’ ass as always.

My fav album? Brutal Planet probably, but since they did ”Halo Of Flies” live last week, I love ”Killer” to death at the moment. *g

Cooper still rocks. It’s sometimes a little embarressing, but in general the guy is still pretty cool.

Will you do me a favour? Go to Soulseek (or your local record store) and give a listen to Alice Cooper’s ”Sanctuary”. And then tell me again he’s an old schmock rocker. (though he would be amazed. He likes when children still hate him because they are afraid of him :P )

Sorry, but I just can’t stand this kind of hard rock music.
Maybe I’ve had an overdose of Deep Purple, Scorpions, Iron Maiden or even Bonfire in my youth.

Little Vinnie can very well fight for himself. But I still insist you go and listen to “Sanctuary”. I bet all I’ve got, you will at least be very surprised.

BTW: What kind of hard rock are you refering to? The progressive underground beat music of the late 60s? Seventies stadium rock or musical influenced of the early Seventies? The funk rock he partially did in the late Seventies? The new wave rock of early 80s? Hairspray rock of late 80s? Grunge rock of Nineties? New Metal of 2000? If you only know “Poison” you don’t know much.

Remember: I was a Therapy? fan before Alice and still can be without any effort. <—- A hint

Nice wordplay with “Love it to death”!

@ Superunknown

You’re talking to the woman that means ”Hello” when saying ”Welcome to my nightmare”. When it comes to this my language turns out to be rather Cooper-ized. :D

Didn’t he write any songs with a simple ‘hello’ in it (I know at least one :) ).

Not every time the time to add an “Hurray” when saying “Hello”. *g* Neither leaving with “Lay down and die goodbye” is always accurate.
