I thought the Green one was the standard version and the black vinyl was rarer.

Not sure what countries though.

I’ve a black version from Korea, or some dump.

The black UK versions are usually rarer than coloured versions. Basically, the coloured editions run first, and that’s usually enough. If there’s a high demand for the release (in particular I’m talking about Troublegum & ShortSharpShock), then a standard black version will be the second run. This usually satisfies demand. There’ll be fewer of the black version, and perversely, will be rarer than the coloured version.

I imagine this only happens with semi-big bands like Therapy? I’m sure if Metallica released a limited coloured edition vinyl, it would sell quickly and be replaced in no time by a standard black version - making the coloured version far rarer.

Simple!

Who’s a clever boy then? ;) Is this why I can’t find Opal Mantra on black vinyl?

Heh heh heh.

My friend Mark brought a workmate to my gig a couple of weeks ago, we got talking and it turned out he went to school with Michael. I showed him my T? tattoo and he decided I was infinitely more worthy than him to own the demo so he gave it to me :D And to think my mother said I’d regret defacing myself in such a way…
