Eye of the Tiger is a classic!

We have an MP3 playlist through the PA at Kickboxing that has Eye of the Tiger along with most of the Rocky soundtrack…

What does that involve?

Our class mainly do kickboxing, but we also cover a bit of Sekudo (type of self defence - not a number puzzle) as well as Budo sparring… some of the stuff we do is similar to the UFC cage fighting (we do locks and holds - but you can’t punch an opponent on the ground unlike UFC)

We’ve been shown a couple of moves to use to make the opponent ‘rather not carry on fighting’, as our instructor put it :)

I once had a dvd of theirs, quality stuff

one of the sketches was “you couldnt even organise a piss up in a brewry” which resulted in them trying, and seeing how hard it actually was.

Just fuuuuuuckin excellent!!! Got my copy today and been listening to it for the whole day! Got the limited one with vinyl side on the other side of the cd (dunno if other bands have done this kinda thing before). Those who don´t know this band go and find something from them cause it´s a great band and it´s a pity that they´ll end their career this year.
BTW: all the songs on thisnew one are covers and the swedish rockers show their respect to these bands they are covering in hellofa excellent way

I can see what it is that people don’t like about it, but at the same time it is a pretty damn fine album.

WALK THROUGH DARKNESS and I´ll be sober next moring:)

also been listening today:
several Hellacopters albums
&
