I’m definitely satisfied with the production. Not as polished as “High Anxiety”, not as washed out (whatever that means) as “Suicide Pact -YF”.
Not sure about the songs, yet. A bit old school and we’ve heard a lot of it before. Well, it’s definitely Therapy? and that can’t be a bad thing.
I think I like it better than “High Anxiety”. “Long Distance” sticks out, it’s a pretty unusual, but great Therapy? song.

Yeah, definitely not a big reinvention or anything, though the album is still unique. You can kinda feel the progress of the band. Without High Anxiety, Suicide Pact and Semi-Detached they couldn’t have done this.

The new album has a great feeling! It`s a kinda record you listen with your mates when the evening sun is going down..and you`re drinking with them and making the world a better place…isn`t it!?? ‘Dead’ is a song I guess will become a same kind of classic to me like for example ‘stop it you`re killing me’ or ‘me vs. you’ or ‘safe’ are…everybody has songs that they listen to get their feelings better…I`m honestly so happy that Therapy? has been and will exist…

Great sound.
Great tunes.
As with nearly every other T? album it’s got it’s own sound, and is something that will get played a lot. :D

Well, it finally arrived from Play.com (Thursday morning,30/09) and I have to say that I love it ! Being a HUGE Therapy? fan anyway, tis no surprise.
Fave tracks so far - Perish The Thought and Long Distance
What struck me about this album is that you can hear traces of many of their previous albums, most notably Nurse, Troublegum,Semi-Detached and High Anxiety. With regards to this, what stuck out the most was Neil Cooper’s drumming - strangely reminiscent of Fyfe Ewing’s on Nurse and Troublegum. Ace drumming by the way, Coop !
It’s growing on me with every listen, this album.
1st December I’m rocking out (like monkeys?) with them in the London Astoria…
Peace all.

“Never Apologize Never Explain” is absolutely fucking brilliant. I’ve been a huge Therapy? fan for - like - ever, have all the records blah blah blah, a huge influence and I buy the records as a matter of course and I really liked “High Anxiety” but this… oh
THANK YOU THERAPY? FOR RE-AFFIRMING MY BELIEF IN PUNK ROCK#
Absolutely astonishing record and I can’t believe I waited nearly two weeks to get it! WHat if I’d died in that time?
Mr Cairns, Mr Mckeegan and most welcome Mr Cooper - I salute you!
LONG LIVE THERAPY?

I know this is a little late, but I thought that the intro to this ship is sinking sounded a lot like Southbound Pachyderm. I thought I was just getting the song mixed up but apparently not… I love Primus- its rare to find other people who’ve even heard of them, but I geuss T? is a pretty unusual band and it would be likely to find people here who like unusual music as well. Excellent!

What a fucking brilliant record! It hasn’t left my stereo for 9 days and I play it several times a day real LOUD! I cannot pick a favourite song, they’re all so damn good! I’m really looking forward to get these new songs smashed in my face at the gigs.
The music is ace, the lyrics are as well and neil’s drumming leaves me with an open mouth.
This is definatly my album of 2004.
Hats off to therapy?, thanks for this record.
See you at some gigs.

It’s a very good record. My favourite Therapy? album since Suicide Pact. Favourite T? album? No, comes in fourth at the minute. Favourite album of the year? No, but it’s in the top ten.
My problem with it is that it the lack of variety in sound. I wouldn’t mind something a tad… different. Most tracks have very similar sounds, and they’re all fast, rocking ones (I fancy a difference in mood at times). It’s only a minor problem, though, as I say - it’s a very good record. I was worried what they’d be like after Martin left, but they’ve definitely proved themselves. Can’t wait to see them on November 29th!

Wow!
Got the new album yesterday…
It rotates in my CD-Player over and over again! :)
Finally, Therapy? sounds again like Therapy?.
NANE sounds like the early works (Babyteeth, Pleasure death).
Neil Cooper does a great job!
I’m a huge fan since 1991 and this is the Therapy?-Sound I love!
Thumbs up, Andy, Michael and Neil!
I love you!
Thanks for this great piece of Rock! :D
Rock on!
Daniel
P.S.: sorry for my bad English, I’m from Germany… ;)

It’s a shame you’re disappointed with the album, delayed, but I have to admit I was unsure on the first listen. Give it time though cos this ones a grower! I’m finding each track getting better & better each time I listen to it.
As for catchy tunes, Polar bear does it for me!
Anyway, hope you end up liking it, I think its a great album now (though not quite knocked Suicide Pact off the top spot for me)!! :D
