I can’t decide! I think the hidden track on HA is a pretty good closener, but 30 seconds is pretty brilliant…

30 Seconds.

Your turn!

The tracks fine, but I never count “hidden tracks”, for one thing you always have to fast forward through 5-10 minutes of dead air.

Best closing tracks are the one’s where once the song is done the CD stops and you go WOW!

For me it’s a really tough choice with 30 seconds just edging out Brainsaw. But it didn’t win all out going away, away, away, away…

Stalk And Slash for sheer energy — but as a great track to end album, The Boy’s Asleep.

I always had a theory that if you have a slightly slower tempo-ed, more relaxed, and especially melancholy track at the end of an album, it encourages the listener to not change the album to something else, but just to walk over and press play again.

You may not agree with me, but I have actually found that working with a lot of the great albums that I find myself doing the same to.

Not really anything to do with Therapy? but…

The closing track on Devin Townsends Ocean Machine album (one of my favourite albums of all time) - the album is really intense at the start then mellows out into a really epic finnish, its a really brilliant album to fall asleep / get stoned to, there are 2 x 10 minute songs at the end then this really sweet closing track, then a little bit of silence, you are feeling really relaxed… then this almighty, bloodcurdling scream that really fucks your head up!

The number of times I have jumped out of bed cause of this!

Like i said - fuck all to do with Therapy?…

It’s “Sister” or “30 seconds”. I also like “Hypermania” as a song, but I’m not sure if it is the best closing track..
Maybe I’ve have to say “30 seconds” because Infernal Love is my all time favourite T? album. Or is it “Sister”..
Damn you Therapy?. Too many good songs!

I don’t know guys, I’d have to say that “Last One To Heaven’s A Loser” is the best closing track now that I have the new album. It’s just so fast. It would be an amazing show closer as well. Imagine the band just rocking out to that song, the crowd going nuts and singing along! Insane!

Amen to that. Sister is one of my favourite songs but it’s between these two for best closer.
